A revolver fits that bill the best, I think.
Most popular (Glock, XD, M&P, Sig) semi-autos will fit that bill as well. Just from the ease of stripping I wouldn't put a 1911 on the list. I know, 1911's aren't that complicated, but compared to most modern semi-autos, they are fairly complex.
