Browning Belgium mark II 30-06 ?????

I have just purchased this old bolt action rifle that looks as if it has been re-blued. Not very well I should say. The gentleman, whom I know, said it was a Browning Belgium made 30-06 bolt action rife. Problem is I cant find hardly any markings. Cant find anything on the barrel. Let me type what I have found. Has a dupont neoprene grand lux recoil pad. 9868,,,I think,,stamped on the bottom of the gun. Plate under the bullets. Something that looks like a square with lines going down from it and the numbers 6869 stamped on the bolt reciever. On bolt receiever is has what looks like a cursive H a 45 and a K on it. A number 17 on the trigger assembly. On the back of the bolt it clearly says,,, Mark II. It looks like at the very end of the barrel it seems to expand very slightly at the end. Any help at all would be very much appreciated. Does anyone have a clue what I might have???
