I think the documents will show that Holder and Napolitano lied before congress, and that the President was told about F&F.

I think there's a lot less at stake now with upholding Obama's EP claim. IMO a judge is more inclined to intervene when the election itself is not at stake.

I don't think enough people fell on their sword to stop the congressional inquiry.
