Anything in the medium to slow range for 9mm will work. AA#5, #7, WSF, Unique, Silhouette, True Blue, Power Pistol, the list goes on. Really you can use a faster powder too but you'll starting dipping down into the high 800s velocity wise.
Look at the powder manufacturers website for load data, everyone publishes a 147gr jacketed load.
