Old 39's are worth alot nowadays if in good condition. Marlin probably will support you with manual downloads or contacts at their website. Most mfrs that are still in business, will get you instruction manuals for their old products, cheap or free. Liability issues I guess. I don't think that the Noble is probably worth near as much as the Marlin if your Marlin is in good shape. Maybe see if there is one like it for sale on the websites for gun auctions. Like a google or yahoo search for Marlin 39. Just plain old 39A's sell at gunshows around here for 350 or more, usually, so an old one is at a premium. But condition is everything.
