When I bike ride, it's with the kids and I don't dress up with spandex attire replete with advertisements like a NASCAR. I wear a pair of jean shorts with a Glock 23 in the pocket.

Walking, the same. Winter walks with a coat, I'll take a Glock 21SF or XD-45.

Jogging is trickier! Day or night, there's some type of pistol is in the fanny pack, which every person in the world now has to assume that's where "it's" at!
