I bought some 155 grain "black" coated bullets from precision. Alliant shows a max load of 8.0 grains Unique for a 155 jacketed ( 1207 FPS). Minus 10% would still be 7.2 grains .. that sounds high to me. Anyone have any input on using unique with 155 grain lead? I have used 5.0 grains of 231 and it shoots well but feels a bit light. I also used 5.5 unique with 180 grain lead, but havent loaded any 155's with unique.
