You might note that the National Forest land astride I-90, from Garcia to the Summit, is closed to recreational shooting. Just too many shot-up appliances on one hand, and too many folks shooting in or near campgrounds, trails, water, and around others to let it continue. Shooters should inquire at the North Bend Ranger Station for areas that are not closed to shooting.
The closure is about 1/2 mile wide.
