In OK. the minimum barrel length is 4" and 9mm not allowed and minimum cartridge length is at least 1 1/4, with .22 centerfire legal with at least a 55 grain soft point or HP bullet.

I want so bad to take a deer this year with a pistol (been trying for the last 7 years) but it has to be within 50 yards or closer for me. I always take a rifle in case the shot can't be within my pistol shooting abilities though. I normally carry my S&W model 57 in .41 Mag.
