An acquaintance of mine has acquired a Sistema marked .22 Largo and marked as property of Buenos Aires Policia. Not sure of the exact wording. He asked me to make an offer.

1. What would be fair?

2. As it is marked .22 Largo, does that mean .22 long only or will it chamber .22 lr.?
