Ah, but the Constitution does not bind YOU, my friend: It states what the Federal Government can do, and the Bill of Rights specificly prohibits things that it CAN NOT DO TO YOU!

If you find that you can not live in a country where others are protected from the .gov by these provisions .... well, there are other countries without such protections .... there is no fence keeping you here.
