There are a few non-Finn Mosins rightfully in the "several hundred dollars" range.
Chatellerault, Westinghouse, Sestroryetsk and Remington M91s come immediately to mind, as well as an original Dragoon or Cossack.
I would expect very few 91/30s to fall in that price range.
