This is so mind boggling dumb. The argument here is that because because the DAK has a long trigger pull, the District Attorney is less likely to prosecute you in a shooting incident? But you're comparing the DAK to the DA of a DA/SA, which has a longer and stiffer trigger than the DAK! Not to mention that no Double Action on any handgun is going to prevent the prosecuting attorney from going after your ass if he thinks you messed up.

"But mister attorney, I was using double action when I shot him!"
"Welp, that solves everything. Pack it up boys, nothing to see here."
