Yup. Better by far to just be quiet and either just boycott the store because they're anti and you don't want to support anti businesses, or keep shopping there and let the antis happily think you care about their rules and are being a good boy or girl.
But legally, once you fuss and they say no, we mean it, you are stuck and CAN be cited by law.
