I'd also point out he said introduced. Not enacted. As we've seen, just about every legislative body has "that guy" that doesn't think his legislation all the way through and wants to give you a $2000 tax credit on a MSRP $665 revloving chamber shotgun. Or "that gal" that wants to ban shoulder things that go up because they're on scary black rifles.
