Well, if you want a handgun. I will throw in a vote for the Mak. I have one which was a .380 when I bought it. I converted it back to its natural 9X18, and I love it. It was very accurate in .380, but reliability was a bit suspect (lots of FTE). The 9X18 is slightly larger in diameter and the extractor gets a better purchase on that cartridge. Reliability is now what one should expect and it is crazy accurate. My groups with it look just like my 1911 groups, and that shouldn't happen with that much reduction in sight radius. I vote for the Mak.
