Bipod for AR15 - Harris versus Mako

I am trying to decide between these:

Harris with LaRue mount:

+ a LaRue Vertical foregrip

Mako T-Pod Gen2:

I compete occassionally in our club 'Practical Rifle' competitions. They are a mix of short and long range targets in shoot-move-shoot format. I am thinking that the Harris bipod would be slower to deploy and maybe a heavier solution overall on my already heavy Ruger SR-556. Everyone seems to love their Harris bipods, though, and they seem well-constructed. Mako seems to have pretty cool and thoughful designs, though.

I have no experience with either. Looking for ideas and opinions.
