I'd suggest laser etching. It looks great, is reasonably cheap and quick, and you can get graphics, logos, text, whatever you need. Probably there is an outfit in your area that can help you out, they seem to be everywhere. Aluminum frame guns don't even need refinishing, you can just have it done and go right back to work.
