It's not really a new idea. It's them finally recognizing a market trend and trying to grab a piece of it.

Have they? Man I need to run down to my LGS and tell people to stop buying S&W, Ruger, Springfield, Walther, HK, etc. I also need to let the State Police in my tri-state area know so they can turn in their M&Ps and cancel the contracts they started a few years back. Is Glock still king? Most likely. But sweeping the others? I'm not sure,
I'm curious if the expansion of US production of Glock pistols is a factor here.
