Er... I hate to tell you - benchresters shoot fairly hot loads - A 68 gr. 6mm bullet moving out at 3400 fps ain't bad... I had a period at this year's nationals when I was blowing primers. The thing about PPC brass is that it takes to "bumping" fairly well, and doesn't generally show a tendency to separate. You'll wear out the neck or the primer pocket will get too loose first.

In this case, I'd set a FL die to minimally bump the brass, and stick with that.
