What manual(s) do you have? IMR4350 is a staple for the .243. Has been for eons. Mind you, Hodgdon's site doesn't give data for it with those bullets for some odd reason. They start using it at 85 grains. Likely due to the vast array of other powders they sell now.
My Lyman book gives.
60 grain bullets. 42.0(3291fps) to 47.0(compressed)(3726fps)
75 grain bullets 40.0(3160fps) to 45.0(3425fps)
