Thanks for everyone's excellent input.

I'm going to choose between three currently on ebay. All are new and prices reflect what I believe the final bid might be:

Ultra Vibe 10 - $115
Hornady - $75
RCBS vibrator - $93 (buy it now)

I will probably go in this order unless I get suggestions otherwise.
