Hmmm....
got the part, no charge....
company offered to fix it, no charge....
others have had company pay for shipping if you ask one level up the customer service chain, no charge..
was it perfect out of the box, nope...
But at least you didn't pay $1200 for an over-hyped-Kimber that "needs 200 rounds through it 'cause it's so "tightly fitted".
