I haven't shot them, but I did try two 3.5" slugs out of my H&R turkey gun a couple of years ago. It was not a pleasant experience. Over the years, I have shot 5 deer with 2 3/4" Brenneke slugs and not one of them has gone more than 10 yards after being hit.
What are you hunting that you want a 3.5" slug?
