I have a Newport 16 gauge single shot that Im trying to find parts for. Im redoing it cuz it was my grandpas. Ive done quite a bit of research on this gun and info is pretty thin or unclear. This particular gun has no model number but has a serial number. All the Newports that Ive seen has Newport on the side of the reciever in block lettering. The gun I have, the lettering is in cursive and is the only one Ive seen that way. These guns were made by a few different manufacturers in the early 1900s and were made to be sold in various hardware stores. Im looking for a bead and a forend cap for this gun. Any help would be appreciated.
