Even here in Ohio, it's become a significant problem.
Several months ago, a car load of illegals went left of center and hit one of our officers head on. The driver was DUI and naturally, had no insurance.
We notified INS when they were taken into custody. Their response was essentially, "don't call us; we'll call you"
