Did you just get the holster now??
From July to December is a loooong lead time. I've tried email and phone with no response. I can understand that they may be behind in orders, that happens, but common courtesy says they should at least acknowledge emails or answer the phone. A one line email that says they are nn weeks behind would be reassuring.
