Based upon what I know of the company and Chris, your unhappy experience has got to be an anomaly.... I have purchased at least five of his holsters and eight or 10 of his magazine carriers over the last couple of years and have been extremely pleased with both the product and the service. I have no explanation why your experience would be so out-of-line with what I have seen myself.
