This will be my first contender and I purchased the reduced recoil cartridge Remington is now making in .308. I understand Federal makes a reduced load now to but my questions are these:

1. What type recoil should I expect?

2. Do you recommend one hand on the forearm? Or, what hold do you suggest?

Sorry for the stupid questions.
