I generally build an order on Midway or Cabelas an item or two at a time on the "wish list". Never had an issue with damage or shortage but I'm lucky that way. Just checked my Midway list and almost every item had a price increase Jan 1. Bummer. Guess I'll wait for a sale. +1 on Powder Valley, good folks.
Shipping is another matter, generally I have them ship it to my PO box, if possible. If not I have them ship it to me @ work or home via UPS. Have a good driver both places, one @ home knows how to hide stuff from my neighbors' prying eyes.
