Comp-tac made mine for the Springfield XD-9, 4" and it works VERY well! I couldn't be more pleased AND they are one of the few that have holsters for the XDs so far.
It's a Houston area company (NOT a huge conglomerate, etc.) and their holster specialist guy will talk to you so that he can help you determine, for your uses and even body shape, which specific holster would be best for you!
