The whole grip angle gripe is an excuse made by people who want to blame the gun for their poor shooting. Using the sights overrides the grip angle and point shooters have to figure out what horizontal means for every gun they shoot. Grip angles vary between gun designs. A proficient shooter will learn how the gun behaves in his or her hand and shoot accordingly. Their groups sizes will not change if the only factor is a change in gun.
