It couldn't be worse than Air Freedom Rounds or DRT.

A valid arguement could be made that you only bought the factory ammunition. You didn't name the brand or the company.

I'd venture to guess that most jurors or board of inquest members wouldn't know of any major handgun rounds or names.
The Winchester "Black Talon" scandal is a good example.
Winchester got a lot of bad PR in the mid 1990s. They changed the brand name to SXT & Ranger then got rid of the black color on the bullets & its all good.
