There is an outdoor range across the expressway from Kensington Metropark, its part of Island Lk State park, they have 25, 50, and 100yrd ranges. Also has a privately owned Sporting Clays area and Trap and Skeet. Its a very nicely run range I think.

Keep in mind this is a State Run rnage so they are pretty strict on rules for shooting, dont think you would be able to do any drawing from a holster and firing? Maybe one of the sportsman Clubs you could do that, you could try Western Wayne COunty Conservation Club in Plymouth, or Multilakes in Commerce, Mi.
