I really like the flexibility of the USP... external hammer, manual safety and decocker, so it works in SA and DA mode. The only other pistol I know of that can do that is the Beretta 92

A much better example would be the PT92 by Taurus, which like the HK has a frame mounted safety/decocker, allowing for Condition 1 cocked & locked function, something the Beretta cannot do.
