I Disagree.

It'll take you longer to draw and drop the first gun, with the added risk of the BG drawing his gun and ending speculation on the merits of a "bait gun", than it would to just draw your pistol and centerpunch the guy twice..... In the "bait gun", there is an observation and decision to be made ..... if you are following Cooper's color codes, the If/Then decision to shoot the guy has already been made, you just are waiting to act ......
