03/38 turk mauser

the screw that holds the bolt stop snapped off at the head. I was thinking of using a dremel to cut a slot for a screwdriver to get it out but I don't know if this would be a good idea since the cutting wheel would also cut some of the surrounding metal. That's one problem. The other is that the ejector isn't working. based on careful observation it seems as if the rim is bypassing the ejector. moving the bolt slightly back and forth allows the ejector to finally get behind the rim. so, I know there;s two questions here but can anyone help?
