When you click Beagle333's link in post #5, you should see the four selling forums that are under the Gunshow heading. They look like this:
If you don't see that, the chances are that it's due to security settings in your browser.
The top forum could be used for brass, however, reloading supplies are normally sold here in the Handloading forum. You just have to do it under the same rules as for that forum.
