Even though many rings, including the Ruger rings, have excellent "return to zero" capability, there will often be some movement from zero when removed and reinstalled. If you need to remove the scope from the rifle, it will be very close to the same point of impact. But since removing a scope is not part of cleaning, may I ask why you feel it necessary to remove the scope?
