I have several RIAs and only had an issue with 1 (the mag catch was way out of spec). I called RIA, they paid shipping both ways (even though I told them I had no issue just replacing the part if they sent it to me...) and even did a trigger job for free. Good products + good customer service = I'll be buying more RIAs.
