Smokin Gun

The overall length is 2.005". Measured with an RCBS electronic digital caliper.

The gap between the front of the cylinder to barrel is 0.007 to 0.008 inches measured with thickness gage. The 0.007" gauge was kinda tight, the 0.008 inch gauge was tight.

I have ordered a Pietta Rem 1858 New Model Army .44 cal 5-1/2" bbl from Cabela's with two extra cylinders. Will see if either of these fit the Lyman.

What would you have that might be close?

PS Do you have a good source for a holster for my new 5-1/2" Pietta 1858?
Would like a Slim Jim style cross draw for right hand shooter.
