If it's two seperate feeding tubes, then it's CA legal. If it's one unit, then it can't be sold to non-exempt persons in CA due to it having a large capacity magazine.

My understanding is that in the past Cali has looked at the capacity of the magazine plus one in the chamber; the capacity of the weapon. The capacity of the KSG is more than 10, which is the max under California law.
