I agree with most, his finger is not in the trigger guard and there's no way to verify that his head is behind the camera however it is tough to verify that you are getting the light reflection right to show the rifling without looking at the screen and the position of his hand on the gun unless he's a contortionist has it pointed in the general direction of his body/head.
