The current, availiable to the average joe adaptation of this rifle is the Winchester Model 70 (and Ruger M77

)... So it wins in my book..

What wars has the 700 fought in large quantities??? Answer: None.. It is relegated to being a specialized sniper weapon system.. It does this job very well, but in terms of total numbers on the battlefield they just don't compare to the numbers of mausers fielded in past conflicts..
