Careful with the 50/50 plumbers solder ,much over 4% tin is a waste as it won`t harden the alloy any further ,but the lino will.
I cast for my 243s & find the smaller fast twisted bores a bit challenging.
Good luck & be patient. Go `bout it methodically.
