My mother was not too keen on my having guns, so it was through intervention of my dad that I was able to get them. So I knew if I ever got careless and let my dad down, my shooting career would come to an end.
I just knew I
had to be careful. It must habve worked. I've been shooting over sixty years now, and have never had an accidental/negligent discharge.
