Well Norrick, after your post and doing some thinking and research I've decided your probably right about the repair of this Leupold clone. Guess I'll trash it and learn a good lesson. I see there selling for $90 - $140 from Ebay to Gunbroker. I didnt purchase this direct initally. It came on an M1A that I bought off Gunbroker. The seller was upfront and truthful with the describtion though. I just didnt know any better at the time. I've never owned a scoped rifle before and knew little about scope brands and quality. Getting educated pretty well through the internet. Thanks for everyones input. I enjoy reading this forum and the people here.
