I've been happy with MPro-7 and Hoppes Elite, but the easiest ones are the foaming bore cleaners. Breakfree makes one that is pretty effective on copper fouling. They may not be as aggressive as some solvents, but they coat the bore better due to their foaming action which means that the solvent stays where it needs to be longer than with the liquid solvents.

The fact that they work without strong odors is a nice bonus.
