I had read a few older forum posts that Glock's US plants had to modify the process of the tennifer because of EPA regulations & state environmental/occupational safety-health rules.

I saw a great Glock 22 Gen04 with a OD frame. The shop included a new LoneWolf Dist 9x19 barrel & 2 Glock 9mm magazines.
I'd add night sights to it & the highly rated Metalife treatment to the Glock upper & spare magazines. Metalife SS C is only $78.00 USD & the shop time is approx 30 days. Extra mags are $10.00 each.
Robar's NP3+ is great too but its not cheap. The work time is long too. 3-6mo.

As posted, scuffs nicks holster wear etc can be annoying.

Some coatings or surface treatments are better than others.
