Like some others, my comment has nothing to do with your question other than velocity. I've had no trouble reaching mid 2900fps in my M70 22" bbl, with very good accuracy and without pressure signs.
Also like others, I used the Hornady 139 BTSP. While powders were H4831, IMR4831, H4350, IMR4350 and AA4350.
